About the function
As a Logistics Freezer Associate, you’ll be working daily in the frozen storage area of our distribution center, where it’s constantly -4°F (-20°C). Equipped with the proper protective clothing, you and your colleagues ensure all goods are processed accurately and on time. You are a crucial link in the logistics process and help keep our customers satisfied. Your typical day starts with picking orders using a wrist scanner. You prepare products for shipment, check for quality, and report any discrepancies. Together with your team, you keep the freezer area clean and safe. Thanks to your efforts, our drivers leave on time and care institutions receive exactly what they need. What we need
- Minimum vocational education level (VMBO or equivalent)
- 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience (juniors and starters welcome)
- Comfortable working in cold/freezer environments
- Detail-oriented, resilient, and highly responsible
- A team player – collegial, flexible, and motivated
- Full-time availability (32-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday with a weekday off)
- Order picking or wrist scanner experience is a plus
