How does Hetty work?
After you’ve applied or registered, you’ll receive a message from Hetty via WhatsApp. She’ll ask you a few short questions to get a better understanding of who you are and what you’re looking for in a job. Think, for example, about how many hours you want to work, what your experience is, when you’re available, and what kind of work suits you. Hetty uses your answers to complete your profile, so our recruiters can find a job that really suits you more quickly. Of course, Hetty doesn’t take over our recruiters’ work. Instead, she helps to make contact faster, easier and more personal, so that you can be helped more quickly by the right person.
