About the function
As a packaging assistant, you are essential in the logistics process. Your responsibility is to ensure all packaging is cleaned up and sorted so that everything runs smoothly. With your precision and sense of responsibility, you support not only your colleagues, but also our customers who rely on flawless logistics. You’ll work in a cooled environment (about 45°F/7°C), where hygiene and safety always come first.
A typical day starts with inspecting and processing incoming packaging. You’ll sort crates and containers, keep your workspace tidy, and communicate clearly with your colleagues. During peak times, you know how to keep calm and make sure the work continues. This is a physically active job, so you’ll be standing and lifting regularly. The team you join is close-knit, down-to-earth, and always up for a laugh.

What we need
- You have at least a VMBO or MBO level of education or equivalent
- Between 0 and 5 years' work experience; entry-level candidates are welcome
- You are accurate and a real team player
- You remain calm under pressure, even during busy periods
- You can work in a chilled environment (approx. 45°F/7°C)
- You are physically able to stand and lift during your shift
- You speak fluent Dutch or English
- You are willing to work on Saturdays occasionally (either occasionally or regularly, in consultation)
