About the function
As a Logistics Employee, you are the vital link between production, storage, and shipping of our innovative furniture solutions for the education sector. You ensure that goods flow smoothly, from receiving materials to preparing orders for shipment. Your work is crucial to keeping customer promises and ensuring our logistics operations run efficiently. On a typical day, you'll start by checking and registering incoming goods. You'll load and unload trucks, identify discrepancies, and handle internal transport of materials and products. You'll collect orders, prepare them for shipping, and ensure everything is handled according to schedule and shipping documents. Additionally, you maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace and actively contribute ideas to improve the logistics process. Are you proactive, precise, and a real team player? What we offer
- Salary between €15.50 and €18.20 per hour, according to the Metalektro collective labor agreement
- One-year contract (40 hours) with the prospect of a permanent position
- Workweek of 4 days (9 hours per day); during summer peak (about 12 weeks), you’ll work 5 days per week

What we need
- Vocational (MBO) working and thinking level
- At least 3 years of experience in a logistics environment
- Knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes
- Strong attention to quality, order, and safety
- Proficient in Dutch
- Forklift certificate is a plus
- Experience with scanners and basic knowledge of systems (such as Excel)
- You are accurate, proactive, and a real team player
- You are flexible and can handle stress
