About the function
As a production worker for mattresses, you’re responsible for manufacturing insulation mattresses. You’ll learn everything about working with mineral wool and the various steps in the production process, such as cutting, sewing, filling, closing, adding studs, and placing hooks. Together with your team, you ensure a high-quality end product you can be proud of. Your typical workday starts at 7:00 AM and runs until 3:45 PM, always in a day shift. You’ll enjoy your breaks in a cozy cafeteria with your colleagues. You’ll collaborate closely with team leader Dorien and eight colleagues in a diverse and positive work environment. Hard work and fun go hand in hand here. Together, you keep the workplace clean and maintain a great atmosphere with lively music. What we need
- At least a VMBO (junior secondary vocational education) working and thinking level

- In possession of, or willing to obtain, a VCA certificate via the employer
