About the function
As a Food Production Operator, you play a vital role in the manufacturing process of delicious bakery products. You'll work closely with the Supervising Foreman, dough makers, and the packaging team to ensure the smooth flow from dough preparation to finished product. Your technical skills and sense of responsibility ensure production meets high-quality standards. On a typical day, you start by checking and setting up the machines, preparing the dough, and overseeing the baking process. You adjust machines for temperature, speed, and baking curve, process toppings and additives according to specifications, and collaborate actively with the quality and technical departments. What we need
MBO working and thinking level, preferably a food operator degree or equivalent 1 to 5 years of experience in a production environment, preferably food industry Knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP) Technical insight and experience with industrial bakery machinery Ability to set up and adjust packaging lines Analytical skills to interpret production data Good command of Dutch, preferably also English Able to work flexibly, solution-oriented, and with attention to detail Willingness to work in shifts A team player with a strong sense of responsibility
