About the function

As a recruiter, you’re the vital link between candidates and clients. You’ll manage the entire recruitment process—from sourcing new talent to guiding candidates through their first days at work. Your mission: make the perfect match and foster lasting relationships.

No two days are the same here. You’ll start your morning screening new applications, conducting intake interviews, and presenting candidates to clients. Throughout the day, you’ll proactively maintain contact with current employees, resolve staffing challenges, post vacancies, handle administrative tasks, and help optimize our recruitment processes. Sometimes you’ll arrange twenty new starters in 24 hours; other days you’ll help a candidate with housing or transportation. Every day brings new challenges and rewards!

What we need

  • MBO/HBO working and thinking level
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, sales, or HR
  • Strong communication skills and ability to switch gears quickly
  • Solution-oriented, independent, and responsible
  • Commercial insight and able to stay organized under pressure
  • Team player with a passion for recruitment
  • Experience with recruitment software (ATS) is a plus
  • Strong administrative skills and capable of writing clear job postings
  • Fluency in Dutch required; English or Polish is a plus
