About the function
As a bread production worker, you'll team up with enthusiastic colleagues in a modern bakery. Your main tasks include preparing, packaging, and finishing bread products. You’ll work with both modern machines and your hands, ensuring everything is done neatly, cleanly, and according to food safety rules. Your efforts directly impact the quality and freshness of bread enjoyed by thousands every day! A typical shift starts in the evening or at night. You’ll prepare the production line, weigh ingredients, and set up the right mixes. You’ll help package the bread and keep your workspace tidy. Together with your team, you make sure everything runs smoothly and on time for next-day deliveries. Shifts are mostly scheduled between 8:00 PM and 4:00 AM, with Sunday shifts from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Ready to work in a fun, close-knit team and not afraid of physical work during evenings or nights? What we need
- At least VMBO working and thinking level
- Motivated, reliable, and a strong work ethic
- Accurate, with an eye for quality and hygiene
- Enjoys working in a team
- Flexible availability for evening and night shifts
- Comfortable with physical work
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety is a plus, but not required
- No experience necessary – full training provided!
