Are you an organized talent with an eye for technology, processes, and teamwork? Uitzendbureau hET is looking for a hands-on Facility Coordinator to manage our buildings and facilities while coordinating our internal processes.

What we need
- Experience in a coordinating or facility role
- Technical insight and organizational skills
- Proactive, independent, and strong communication skills
- Driver’s license required
- Fluent in English and Polish; Dutch is a plus
- Flexible and stress-resistant
About the company
- Manage and maintain accommodation sites in the Netherlands & Germany
- Ensure compliance with SNF standards and housing regulations
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs • Manage inventory of materials and supplies
- Supervise housekeeping and plan daily tasks • Assist with relocations or setting up living spaces
- Perform administrative tasks related to residents, contracts, and maintenance requests
