About the function
As a ROB Employee / Fleet Manager, you are the central point of contact for everything related to our client’s vehicle fleet. You’ll ensure all vehicles are in top condition, maintenance and damages are handled smoothly, and everything related to delivery and sales runs seamlessly. You’ll coordinate daily with garages, dealers, transporters, and cleaning companies to manage processes and provide quick service to customers.
A typical workday is diverse: you'll assess and process maintenance and repair requests, keep track of administration for intake and sales, handle damage notifications, and ensure cars are ready for delivery. You’ll have frequent contact with external partners and know how to set the right priorities. Relationship management is just as important as meticulously handling the daily flow of data.

What we need
- At least VMBO, HAVO, VWO, or MBO working and thinking level
- 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience (for example as a service advisor, workshop receptionist, fleet manager, or within leasing)
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused
- Proactive and solution-oriented
- Able to work in a structured and organized way
- Affinity with cars and mobility
- Stress-resistant and flexible
- Team player with a sense of responsibility
