About the function
As a Lead CNC Router Operator, you will be the main point of contact on the shop floor and hold end-to-end responsibility for the entire routing process. Working with the advanced Biesse Rover K CNC machine, you will read digital files, create and check technical drawings, and ensure the finished product meets the highest quality standards. You will communicate directly with the office regarding planning, progress, and technical questions.
On a typical day, you independently set up the CNC machine, oversee the production process, and perform routine maintenance. You analyze malfunctions, optimize routing strategies, and ensure smooth production flow. You are involved in work preparation, spot areas for improvement, and clearly communicate with both your shop floor and office colleagues.

What we need
- Vocational (MBO) work and thinking level
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as a CNC router operator (preferably with Biesse Rover K)
- Experience with CAD/CAM software, ideally BiesseWorks
- Able to read and create technical drawings
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work independently, accurately, and proactively
- Problem-solving skills and a sense of responsibility
- Affinity with plastics processing is a plus
