About the function
In this role, you are responsible for processing and handling the supplied dough mass, fillings, and toppings, as well as baking various products to meet the required specifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for supervising the employees in your team to ensure the planned production, including dough preparation and packaging, is carried out in compliance with set safety and quality standards.
