As a Warehouse Specialist, you play a key role in the warehouse operation. Every day, you ensure efficient, accurate, and timely processing of goods so orders are handled smoothly and inventory remains reliable. You work closely with a motivated team and report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor. Your commitment contributes to a safe, organized, and productive work environment within the food industry.
An average day involves order picking in different zones (ambient, refrigerated, frozen), checking incoming goods, and storing products using a reach truck. You process all goods movements in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), replenish pick locations, perform cycle counts, and monitor quality and food safety according to HACCP guidelines. Flexibility is key – you step in wherever needed and quickly adapt to changing priorities.

Hoe jij bent
- At least a VMBO-level education (pre-vocational secondary education)
- 0 to 5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse roles
- Willingness to work in various temperature zones (ambient, refrigerated, frozen)
- Reach truck certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- Experience with WMS systems is a plus
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and cycle counting
- Flexible in working hours and tasks
- Team player, proactive, accurate, and stress-resistant
