De baan
As a Machine Operator, you are the key player in our production process in Amersfoort. You operate and maintain sorting installations, monitor both material and process quality, and take action when needed. Depending on the production line, you may lead a small team and together ensure a smooth workflow. Operating a forklift and maintaining a safe, clean work environment are also part of your daily tasks.
No two days are the same. You start your shift with a quick handover, check the installations, and coordinate with colleagues. You switch between operating machines, solving minor issues, and leading your team. Together, you make sure everything runs on schedule and quality standards are met. You work in a 2-shift system, regularly moving materials with the forklift. Throughout the day, you keep the workspace tidy and discuss improvement opportunities with your team.

- MBO working and thinking level, preferably technical
- Experience operating technical installations in a production environment
- Forklift certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- Command of the Dutch language or willingness to learn

- Flexible, stress-resistant, and eager to learn
- Strong communication skills and a good sense of humor
